To provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the educational excellence and professional development of our team, aligning our efforts with the organization’s broader academic goals and standards.
• Spearheaded initiatives to boost existing academic programs, introducing innovative teaching methodologies and technology integration that positively impacted student learning outcomes from 20% to 60%.
• Contributing to the enhancement and refinement of specific subjects in the Single National Curriculum through curriculum development initiatives.
• Initiated international partnerships, like Borderless to showcase students’ hidden talent on a global scale.
• Established student talent & skill enhancement clubs in schools that saw a 25% increase in student involvement in campus activities, fostering a sense of responsibility and leadership skills among participants.
• Designing, developing and managing educational reforms tailored to enhance the local students’ educational experience and welfare.
• Management of the relationship between teams and ensuring effective interaction to achieve the common purposes academic department.
• Supervision of Academic Department (Curriculum, Implementation & Training)
• Prepare formative evaluations to establish an effective feedback loop to test and revise academic content.
• Reviewing/ approving, and editing academic/ lesson content as the department head
• Manage curriculum development through scope and sequence documents, lesson and activity plans, and teacher guides for all schools looked at under the organisation in the province.
• Training Compassionate skills and bringing awareness to the different communities for their wellbeing.
• Visit different areas in the interior to provide support and monitor Academic activities.
• Preparation of quarterly reports.
